Operator. The Demand Engine and the Insurance Inner Circle membership are operated by GM Wealth LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to this disclaimer.
1. Educational purpose only. The information, training, templates, scripts, software resources, prompts, funnels, ads, examples, recordings, documents, checklists, strategy sessions, live sessions, private community content, and any other materials provided by GM Wealth LLC are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Scope of services. GM Wealth LLC provides business education, marketing education, sales training, lead generation education, funnel strategy, operational guidance, and implementation support for licensed insurance professionals and related business owners. Nothing provided by GM Wealth LLC should be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance compliance, carrier compliance, regulatory, or professional advice specific to your individual situation.
3. You are responsible for review. You are solely responsible for reviewing all strategies, marketing materials, advertisements, funnels, scripts, emails, text messages, landing pages, lead magnets, presentations, follow-up systems, automations, and client-facing communications with your own attorney, compliance department, insurance carrier, broker-dealer if applicable, agency leadership, state insurance department, advertising review team, or other qualified professional before using them in your business.
4. No guarantees. GM Wealth LLC does not guarantee that any marketing system, funnel, advertisement, script, sales process, lead magnet, automation, webinar, campaign, AI tool, course, strategy, or business model will produce leads, appointments, sales, commissions, premium, profit, revenue, recruiting results, agency growth, return on ad spend, lower acquisition costs, or any other specific business outcome.
5. Examples only. Any references to leads generated, appointments booked, policies sold, annual premium, commissions, revenue, profit, ad performance, conversion rates, close rates, return on ad spend, cost per lead, cost per appointment, or other business metrics are examples only. They are provided to illustrate possible strategies, concepts, or past experiences. They are not promises, guarantees, projections, representations, or assurances that you will achieve the same or similar results.
6. Your results will vary. Your results will vary based on many factors, including your license status, state regulations, carrier requirements, offer, niche, market, advertising budget, sales skill, follow-up speed, work ethic, communication ability, compliance approval process, business experience, audience, market conditions, competition, platform policies, economic conditions, underwriting outcomes, and many other factors within or outside your control.
7. Testimonials and examples. Testimonials, case studies, screenshots, examples, student stories, client stories, campaign examples, or performance examples shared by GM Wealth LLC are not intended to represent typical or guaranteed results. They may reflect exceptional outcomes, unusual circumstances, or results achieved by individuals with different levels of experience, resources, skill, budget, implementation speed, and market opportunity. You should not rely on any testimonial or example as a prediction of what you will personally achieve.
8. Business risk. Running an insurance business, marketing campaign, agency, sales process, or lead generation system involves risk. You may lose money. You may spend money on ads, software, domains, tools, contractors, employees, leads, creative assets, compliance reviews, or other business expenses without generating a profit. You accept full responsibility for all business decisions, expenses, marketing activities, and outcomes related to your use of the information or services provided by GM Wealth LLC.
9. Marketing materials are starting points. GM Wealth LLC may provide examples of advertisements, funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, scripts, AI prompts, SMS messages, emails, webinars, videos, social media content, sales presentations, or other marketing materials. These materials are examples and starting points only. You are responsible for making sure they are accurate, compliant, truthful, complete, approved where required, and suitable for your business, state, license, carrier, niche, and audience before use.
10. No compliance warranty. GM Wealth LLC does not represent or warrant that any advertisement, funnel, lead magnet, email, text message, call script, webinar, landing page, social media post, or marketing campaign will comply with your state’s insurance laws, carrier rules, advertising guidelines, privacy laws, telemarketing laws, email marketing laws, TCPA requirements, CAN-SPAM requirements, Do Not Call rules, platform policies, or any other applicable law or regulation. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper review and approval before using any marketing or sales material.
11. Your license obligations. If you are a licensed insurance professional, you remain fully responsible for maintaining your license, appointments, continuing education, advertising compliance, replacement compliance, suitability obligations where applicable, illustration compliance, disclosure obligations, recordkeeping, client communications, and all other duties required by law, regulation, carrier contract, agency contract, or professional standard. GM Wealth LLC does not supervise your insurance practice, approve your recommendations, determine client suitability, replace carrier compliance review, or act as your compliance department.
12. No product recommendations. GM Wealth LLC does not provide insurance product recommendations to your prospects or clients through its educational materials. Any mention of life insurance, annuities, Indexed Universal Life, final expense, mortgage protection, retirement planning concepts, tax concepts, estate planning concepts, business planning concepts, special needs planning concepts, or other financial topics is for general educational discussion only. You are responsible for making sure any client-facing recommendation is appropriate, lawful, licensed, properly disclosed, and approved where required.
13. Third-party platforms. GM Wealth LLC may discuss third-party platforms, tools, software, advertising platforms, CRM systems, AI tools, dialers, email providers, payment processors, domain providers, calendar tools, website builders, social media platforms, or other technology vendors. GM Wealth LLC does not own, operate, or control these third-party platforms unless expressly stated. These platforms may change their rules, pricing, approval standards, algorithms, policies, account access, features, deliverability, tracking, reporting, or availability at any time. GM Wealth LLC is not responsible for any loss, restriction, suspension, rejection, technical issue, account shutdown, data loss, ad disapproval, deliverability issue, software error, platform change, or business interruption caused by third-party platforms.
14. AI-assisted content. Any AI prompts, AI-generated content, automation workflows, templates, scripts, or software-assisted materials provided by GM Wealth LLC should be reviewed carefully before use. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, inaccurate statements, compliance issues, or unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, legality, compliance, and appropriateness before using any AI-assisted material.
15. No warranties. GM Wealth LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and helpful information, but no representation or warranty is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, usefulness, legality, compliance, merchantability, or fitness of any material for a particular purpose. All materials are provided as-is and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
16. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GM Wealth LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, partners, licensors, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, speculative, or other damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost commissions, lost opportunities, advertising losses, business interruption, compliance issues, account restrictions, regulatory complaints, client complaints, legal fees, or other losses arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use any information, service, strategy, material, system, or resource provided by GM Wealth LLC. Total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid GM Wealth LLC in the prior twelve months, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
17. Indemnification. By purchasing, accessing, reading, watching, downloading, attending, implementing, or using any GM Wealth LLC material, program, service, event, community, product, or resource, you agree that all business decisions remain your sole responsibility. You also agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GM Wealth LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, partners, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, disputes, regulatory issues, legal actions, or attorney’s fees arising from your use or misuse of the materials, strategies, systems, examples, tools, templates, or information provided.
18. Intellectual property. No part of GM Wealth LLC’s content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, sublicensed, published, transferred, shared, modified, trained into artificial intelligence systems, or used to create competing products or services without prior written permission from GM Wealth LLC. All intellectual property, frameworks, templates, prompts, scripts, systems, course materials, recordings, documents, software resources, and related content remain the property of GM Wealth LLC or its applicable licensors.
19. Definitions. "Materials" includes all books, PDFs, videos, courses, webinars, workshops, live calls, private community posts, templates, prompts, scripts, funnels, ads, websites, landing pages, emails, SMS messages, automations, spreadsheets, dashboards, sales presentations, strategy documents, AI tools, software resources, recordings, and any other content or resources provided by GM Wealth LLC.
20. Client data inside The Demand Engine. The Demand Engine is a business-metrics dashboard, not a client database. You agree not to enter client names, contact information, dates of birth, policy numbers, health information, Social Security numbers, or other personally identifiable information into the platform. Client personal information must be kept inside your own CRM or other system approved by your carrier and compliance team. GM Wealth LLC is not responsible for any compliance issue, breach notification obligation, or carrier dispute caused by your entry of client personal information into the platform.
SUPPORT POLICY
S1. Support Hours and Response Times. Support is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding weekends, holidays, and any dates when we notify members that support is unavailable. When you submit a program-related question through the proper support channel, we will make reasonable efforts to respond within one business day. A business day means Monday through Friday and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays, or company holidays. Questions submitted after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be treated as received on the next business day. Support is not provided through personal phone calls, personal text messages, social media direct messages, or other informal channels unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing. Calls, texts, or messages sent outside the approved support channels may not receive a response. We may respond through a written answer, a personalized Loom video, a resource link, a group coaching response, office hours, or another format we determine is appropriate based on the question. Personalized Loom videos are provided when we believe a visual walkthrough is the best way to answer the question. A Loom video is not guaranteed for every question.
S2. Scope of Support. Support is limited to questions directly related to the program, the materials provided, and the implementation of the system we teach or build. Support may include clarification on training materials, implementation guidance, funnel-related questions, lead magnet direction, ad messaging, launch checklist guidance, and reasonable troubleshooting related to the assets and systems provided. Support does not include unlimited one-on-one consulting, emergency technical support, management of the member's business, management of advertising accounts, ongoing funnel management, custom development, third-party platform repair, legal advice, tax advice, compliance approval, carrier guidance, or services outside the scope of the program purchased. Members are responsible for maintaining their own business accounts, including but not limited to Meta Business Manager, Facebook page, Instagram account, ad account, payment method, domain, CRM, calendar, email provider, funnel software, licensing, compliance obligations, client communication, appointment follow-up, and sales activity.
S3. Third-Party Platforms. We do not own or control third-party platforms, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, GoHighLevel, Stripe, domain providers, email platforms, calendar tools, or any other outside software or service. Third-party platforms may experience bugs, delays, account restrictions, rejected ads, reporting issues, tracking limitations, billing issues, outages, or other technical problems. We may provide reasonable guidance, but we are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, availability, approval decisions, or technical behavior of any third-party platform. Any support, troubleshooting, implementation, revisions, custom work, or technical assistance outside the included scope of the purchased program may require a separate paid engagement.
S4. No Guarantee of Results. Nothing in our support, training, Loom videos, resources, examples, recommendations, templates, systems, or program materials should be interpreted as a guarantee of leads, booked appointments, sales, commissions, revenue, profit, business growth, or any other specific result. Results depend on many factors, including the member's implementation, market, offer, budget, follow-up, sales ability, consistency, compliance, platform conditions, and other business variables.
21. Arbitration, jury waiver, class-action waiver. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by AAA or JAMS in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under Florida law. You waive any right to a jury trial. You waive any right to participate in a class or collective action.
22. Governing law. These Terms are governed by Florida law without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Permitted court actions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
23. Payments and cancellation. If a paid tier applies, you authorize GM Wealth LLC to charge your designated payment method on the stated recurring terms. You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting gmadrid@gmwfl.com. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any prior payment.
24. Affiliate disclosure. The Demand Engine includes a Resources page that links to outside tools and services. Some of those links are affiliate links. When you sign up for a third-party service through an affiliate link, GM Wealth LLC may receive a commission from that provider. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you went to the provider directly; you are not charged anything extra for using an affiliate link. As of the effective date of these Terms, GM Wealth LLC is an affiliate of HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel). Additional affiliate relationships may be added in the future and will be disclosed inside the Resources page in the same plain-English format. GM Wealth LLC is not an employee, contractor, or legal representative of any provider it links to, including HighLevel Inc. You are never required to use an affiliate link; you may always go to the provider directly. We disclose every affiliate relationship in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides so you can make an informed choice.
25. Changes. GM Wealth LLC may modify these Terms with at least thirty (30) days’ notice via in-app message or email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

27. Acknowledgment. By continuing to use any GM Wealth LLC material or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
Operator (old). The Demand Engine and Insurance Inner Circle are operated by GM Wealth LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational purpose only. The Platform is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing here constitutes legal, tax, investment, insurance, fiduciary, regulatory, or compliance advice. No advisor-client, attorney-client, or agent-client relationship is created by your use of the Platform.
2. Licensed insurance activities are separate. The principal of Company, Giovanny Madrid, is independently licensed as a life insurance producer in Florida and additional states. His licensed insurance activities are entirely separate from the Platform and governed by separate agreements and regulatory authority. The Platform is not the offer or sale of insurance products and is not the giving of insurance advice.
3. AI output is not verified. The Platform generates AI Output including marketing concepts, niche analyses, headlines, and diagnostics. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. You agree to review, edit, fact-check, and verify all AI Output before external use. Company makes no warranty as to accuracy, lawfulness, or compliance of AI Output.
4. You are responsible for compliance. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including state insurance department rules, NAIC standards, FINRA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier-specific advertising guidelines, suitability standards, and privacy laws. Company is not your compliance officer, attorney, upline, or carrier and has no duty to monitor or approve materials you create using the Platform.
5. No guarantees. No income, sales, or business results are guaranteed. Examples are illustrative only. Your results depend on factors outside Company\'s control.
6. Membership access. Access is personal, non-transferable, and contingent on good standing. Credentials may not be shared. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to compete with Company. Confidential information remains confidential after termination.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, Giovanny Madrid, and all affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or damages (including reasonable attorneys\' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or AI Output, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any regulatory action against your business.
10. Communications consent. By using the Platform, you expressly consent to receive transactional and marketing communications by email, SMS, and other electronic means. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

By clicking "I Accept," you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the arbitration agreement, the waiver of jury trial, and the class-action waiver.
How GM Wealth LLC collects, uses, and protects your information when you use The Demand Engine.
1. What we collect. Account information (email, name, state, licensure details). Profile information (age bracket, business details, niche, goals). Business data (Daily Entries, Clients, Applications, Referrals, niche analyses). Technical data (IP, browser, usage). Communications with us.
2. How we use it. To provide the Platform, authenticate you, personalize AI Output, communicate with you, process payments if applicable, prevent fraud, improve the Platform through aggregate analysis, and comply with law.
3. Who we share with. Service providers we engage to operate the Platform: Supabase (database, auth), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email delivery), Netlify (web hosting). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when legally required.
4. AI processing. When you use AI features, your inputs are sent to Anthropic\'s API for processing. We recommend you avoid entering identifying client information when possible.
5. Data retention. Information is retained while your account is active and as needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion by emailing gmadrid@gmwfl.com.
6. Your rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. California (CCPA/CPRA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents have additional rights. Contact gmadrid@gmwfl.com to exercise any right.
7. Security. Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and row-level security on your account data. No method of storage or transmission is fully secure. Keep your login credentials confidential.
8. Cookies. Essential session cookies only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children. The Platform is for adult licensed insurance professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

The Demand Engine is an educational and metric-tracking tool. None of its features guarantee any business outcome. Read each disclaimer below before relying on any feature in your business.
Growth Control Dashboard metrics (daily, weekly, monthly, applications, referrals, clients, executive views) are calculated from data you self-report. Accuracy depends entirely on your inputs. GM Wealth LLC does not guarantee that any metric, target, calculation, benchmark, percentage, projection, or chart in Growth Control predicts, causes, or reflects any specific business outcome. These figures are provided for educational tracking only.
The Bottleneck Analyzer generates educational suggestions based on the data you have entered into Growth Control. GM Wealth LLC does not guarantee that following any bottleneck guidance, recommendation, or principle will increase leads, appointments, sales, commissions, premium, revenue, profit, retention, return on ad spend, or any other business outcome. Your results depend on your execution, market, license, carriers, niche, audience, budget, and many factors outside the platform’s control.
Niche analyses, prompts, demand plans, ad copy, headlines, sales letters, scripts, and any other AI-generated content are educational starting points. They may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, inaccurate claims, or compliance issues. GM Wealth LLC does not guarantee that any AI output will produce leads, generate sales, comply with your state insurance laws, comply with your carrier rules, or be suitable for your business. You must independently review, edit, fact-check, and approve all AI-generated content with your own attorney, compliance team, and carrier advertising review before any external use.
All prompts, checklists, scripts, templates, recordings, course materials, examples, and educational content provided through The Demand Engine are starting points for your own work. GM Wealth LLC does not guarantee that following any prompt, checklist step, or template will produce any specific result. Your business results depend on your skill, your effort, your market, your license, and many factors outside our control.
